DFW Network Technology, Inc. systems come with a one year parts and labor warranty. DFW Network Technology, Inc. warrants that the systems are free of defect in material and workmanship. Any defective part will be repaired or replaced at DFW Network Technology's option. All new computer hardware sold by DFW Network Technology, Inc. shall have a one year warranty. Monitors, printers and accessories have manufacturer's warranty only. DFW Network Technology, Inc. may loan a customer a product while the customer's product is being repaired, providing DFW Network Technology, Inc. has a loaner availible. However, DFW Network Technology, Inc. will not warrant any product which has been subjected to improper shipping / handling, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or installation. All warranty work shall be performed at DFW Network Technology's premises.
Most merchandise sold by DFW Network Technology is returnable for exchange or refund for a period of 10 days from the original date purchased. Merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition, in original cartons, with original packaging, accessories, guarantees, warranty cards, and instructions, and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 10 days, merchandise will be repaired or replaced only. Refunds for purchases will be paid by refund check. Refund checks should be received by the customer within 14 days from the date of the refund transaction. Labor, service, and delivery charges are not refundable.
Unopened software may be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of purchase. All software is sold "as is " without warranty. All support will be provided by the software manufacturer only.
All "special orders" must be paid for in advance. All sales of "special orders" are final, no exchanges, no refunds. Warranty shall be manufacturer's only.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES:
DFW Network Technology, Inc. shall have no liability to the customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage arising out or connected with any sale including, but not limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damages. DFW Network Technology, Inc. will not be responsible for any data lost before, during or after being serviced by DFW Network Technology, Inc..
